Contact your GP online by completing the form in full. Please give as much information as possible so that we can direct you to the most appropriate clinician for your problem, in the right timescale ensuring the correct amount of time is also given.

Once registered you can book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescription and access you medical record online without having to speak to some one at the practice.

There are several services locally that you can self refer to. These don't require to be referred via your GP therefore reduces time to treatment.

Health Reviews & Assessments

Do you have regular health assessment?

Complete the health assessment online. This will reduce the time needed for your appointment as you will have provided your clinician with most of the information needed before the appointment.

Virtual Doctor Service

We are providing video consultations with the leading online GP provider, Push Doctor. This means there will be more availability for our patients to access NHS GPs via video appointment, with the option to receive prescriptions, sick notes and referrals from the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.

The practice remains open as normal for telephone and face-to-face consultations; video appointments are simply an additional, complimentary service for those who would prefer to be seen from home, and are usually available quicker than face-to-face appointments.

The service is avalblie on Monday to Friday 18:30 to 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00
